 OF THE STRUCTURE'S IMPROVEMENT VALUE ($144,114.00)
 ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE;
 THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(B) OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE
 ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. SUBMIT A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT WITH PLANS SHOWING MATERIAL
 EXISTING ON SITE OR ANY ADDITION OF TREES OR SHRUBS TO
 BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 REASON:
 FOR THE MAJORITY OF PROPERTIES, THE EXISTING LANDSCAPE
 IS NON-CONFORMING. THE MINIMAL CHARGE FOR A PERMIT
 VALUE OF LESS THAN $2500.00 IS $125.00. THIS ALLOWS FOR
 STAFF TO REVIEW THE EXISTING MATERIAL ON SITE TO VERIFY
 THE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET AND ALSO ALLOWS FOR AN
 INSPECTION TO CONFIRM THE SITE IS IN COMPLIANCE AT THE
 CONCLUSION OF THE PROJECT.
  
 NEW SINGLE FAMILY AND ALL OTHER NEW STRUCTURES REQUIRE
 A LANDSCAPE PERMIT BE SUBMITTED OR USE THE CONDITIONAL
 APPROVAL FORM.
