 CITY. PLEASE COORDINATE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC PLANS WITH
 DANIEL ROBERGE - ENGINEERING
 SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER - 494-1040 (1053).
  
 2. IS THIS PROPOSED UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC GOING TO A
 STANDALONE WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES (POLE)?
 IF SO:
 PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE SITE HAS BEEN ISSUED A
 COMMUNICATION FACILITY PLACEMENT PERMIT - CITY
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND A RIGHT-OF-WAY USE PERMIT FOR THE
 PLACEMENT OF THE POLE, THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC, THE
 HANDHOLES, ETC. WITHIN THE CHASE STREET AND S FLAGLER
 DRIVE RIGHTS-OF-WAY. THE PLANS INCLUDED WITH THIS
 ELECTRICAL PERMIT MUST MATCH THE PLANS APPROVED WITH
 THE AFOREMENTIONED PERMITS.
  
 3. PAGE 05, 06, AND 07 NEEDS TO SHOW THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 LINE (BASED ON THE SURVEY) AND CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE THAT
 THE HANDHOLES, BORE PITS AND UNDERGROUND POWER BORE ARE
 COMPLETELY LOCATED WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. NOTE: THE
 POWER ROUTE APPEARS TO CROSS ONTO PRIVATE PROPERTY ON
 THE CITY'S TRINITY PARK SITE AND PULL POWER FROM A
 TRANSFORMER THERE. IF THE SURVEY SHOWS A GENERAL
 UTILITY EASEMENT AT THIS LOCATION, THEN THE UNDERGROUND
 FEATURES MAY CROSS INTO THE EASEMENT. IF NO EASEMENT IS
 PRESENT, POWER MUST BE DRAWN FROM AN ALTERNATIVE SOURCE
 WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
