 5. PLEASE PROVIDE ENTIRE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC, OR
 CONDUIT ROUTE. NOTING ALL HANDHOLES, BOREPITS, AND ANY
 EXCAVATION WORK WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
