 PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO CHANGE THE OCCUPANCY OF A SPACE.
 PER THE 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE, SHOW THE INCREASED
 OCCUPANCY LOAD AND THE CORRESPONDING FIXTURE
 REQUIREMENTS TO BE MET PER 403.1 OF THE FLORIDA
 PLUMBING CODE.
  
 2. 2020 FEX 1010.3 I - IF THE NEW USE HAS GREASE LADEN
 WASTE, A GREASE INTERCEPTOR WILL BE REQUIRED.
