 1. 2020 FRC P3107.1 - THE COMMON VENT SERVING THE LAV,
 BATHTUB, WASHER, AND LAUNDRY TUB IS NON-COMPLIANT. A
 COMMON VENT CAN ONLY SERVE FIXTURES ON THE SAME FLOOR.
  
 2. 2020 FRC P3201.7 - THE TRAP SIZE SHOWN FOR THE
 WASING MACHINE IS 1 1/2" AND THE MINIMUM IS 2".
  
 3. 2020 FRC P3107.1 - THE SHOWER UPSTAIRS CANNOT DRAIN
 DOWN ONTO THE LAVATORY AS EITHER A COMMON VENT. THEY
 WOULD HAVE TO BE ON THE SAME FLOOR LEVEL.
  
 4. 2020 FRC P3108.2.1 - THE DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER AND WATER
 CLOSET ARE NOT VENTED TO CODE. ONLY ONE TRAPPED FIXTURE
 IS ALLOWED TO BE UPSTREAM OF THE VENTED FIXTURE'S
 CONNECTION TO THE WET VENT. YOU CURRENTLY HAVE 2
 UPSTREAM (OF THE LAV THAT IS NOT VENTED CORRECTLY DUE
 TO THE SHOWER UPSTAIRS).
  
 5. THE KITCHEN SINK IS INCORRECTLY LABELED AS A "LAV".
