 HAS BEEN ISSUED, AND NO MORE THAN TEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE
 COMMENCEMENT OF LAND DISTURBING CONSTRUCTION OR LAND
 DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.

 REVIEW: THE PROPOSED FENCE DOES NOT MEET THE MATERIAL,
 LOCATION AND HEIGHT STANDARDS FOR A FENCE/WALL WITHIN
 THE CURRIE MIXED USE DISTRICT (CMUD). AS DISCUSSED
 DURING A PHONE CONVERSATION (WITH MICHAEL WOOD ON
 1/9/2023) AND AS REITERATED/SUMMARIZED AND DOCUMENTED
 IN AN EMAIL TO MICHAEL WOOD OF MICHAEL E. WOOD
 CONSULTANT, INC. ON 1/9/2023, A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
 FENCE PERMIT CANNOT BE ISSUED AT THIS TIME (AS FINAL
 SITE PLAN APPROVAL IS STILL PENDING WITH STAFF AND NO
 BUILDING PERMITS HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR THE OLARA
 PROJECT); HOWEVER, A REGULAR FENCE PERMIT CAN BE
 OBTAINED, PROVIDED THAT IT MEETS THE MINIMUM MATERIAL,
 LOCATION AND HEIGHT STANDARDS WITHIN CMUD. AFTER REVIEW
 OF THE LATEST RESUBMITTAL, THE DETAILS FOR THE PROPOSED
 (REGULAR) FENCE ARE STILL INCONSISTENT WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
