 1) THERE IS AN INDICATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 OFSOUND PROOFT FOR NEW FLOORING; HOWEVER, THERE IS NO
 INDICATION OF THE NEW FLOOR PRODUCT/MATERIAL.
  
 FFLOORING IS MANUFACTURED AROUND THE WORLD AND NOT ALL
 ARE TESTED AND MEETING LISTED AND NFPA STANDARDS.
  
 PER NFPA 101, CH 30
  
 30.3.3.3 INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH.
 30.3.3.1 GENERAL. INTERIOR FINISH SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 10.2.
  
 10.2.7.2* FLOOR COVERINGS, OTHER THAN CARPET FOR WHICH

 ESTABLISHES REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRE PERFORMANCE, SHALL
