 EACH. COCONUT PALMS AND LIGUSTRUM ARE CATEGORY 3 TREES
 THAT YIELD 100 SQ FT EACH, AND ALEXANDER PALMS ARE
 CATEGORY 4 TREES YIELDING 50 SQ FEET OF CANOPY CREDIT
 EACH. THIS TOTALS TO 1,500 SQ FT OF CANOPY CREDITS WITH
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN PRESENTLY PROPOSED. LEAVING A
 REMAINDER OF 3,800 SQ FEET OF CANOPY THAT MUST BE
 MITIGATED. MITIGATION CAN BE BY REPLACEMENT OR PAYMENT
 IN LEIU AT A RATE OF $500.00 PER EVERY 300 SQ FT.
  
 3) LOT REQUIRES 10 SHADE TREES (3 OF WHICH CAN BE
 SUBSTITUED BY PALMS).
  
 4) GUMBO LIMBO MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 12 FT IN HEIGHT TO
 QUALIFY AS REQUIRED TREE AND TO RECEIVE MITIGATION
 CREDITS.
  
 5) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
 OF THIS PERMIT FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF.
