 QUESTIONABLE/SEEM WRONG. UPON RESUBMITAL PLEASE DO NOT
 USE FRACTIONS, THEY MAKE THE PROCESS MUCH MORE
 DIFFICULT AND MORE OPEN TO ERROR. INSTEAD, USE
 DECIMALS. IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE EXPRESS MEASUREMENTS AS
 FT ONLY. FOR EXAMPLE, INSTEAD OF 3'6'' EXPRESS THIS AS
 3.5 FT.
  
 YOU HAVE A BOX STATING THAT THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED SIGNGE
 IS 36 FT BUT THIS IS INCORRECT. SEC. 94-408 STATES THAT
 WALL MOUNTED SIGNS ON ANY FACADE OTHR THAN THE FRONT
 FACADE SHALL BE ALLOWED 50% OF THE AREA SET FORTH IN
 SEC. 94-409. I HAVE CALCULATED THE FACADE SIZE TO BE
 520.85 SQ FT, THEREFORE THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED SIGNAGE
 WOULD BE 29.125 SQ FT.
  
 FURTHERMORE, I BELIEVE THE SIGN SIZE CALCULATIONS ARE
 INCORRECT. WHEN MAKING MY CALCULATIONS I FOUND SIGN
 AREA TO BE 21.89 SQ FT. THIS WOULD BE ALLOWBLE IF THE
 CALCULATIONS ARE INDEED CORRECT BUT YOUVE STATED THAT
 THE SIGN SIZE IS 36 FT. PLEASE ADJUST EITHER THE
 MASUREMENTS OR THE TOTAL SIGN SIZE ACCORDINGLY, TAKING
 INTO ACCOUNT THAT THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED SIGNAGE IS
 29.125. AND PLEASE DO NOT USE FRACTIONS FOR THE
 MEASUREMENTS.
