 FOR EACH SQUARE FOOT (0.093 M2) OF ENCLOSED AREA WHERE
 THE ENCLOSED AREA IS MEASURED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE
 ENCLOSURE WALLS, OR THE OPENINGS SHALL BE DESIGNED AS
