 FLOOR OVER EXISTING SANDED FLOOR.
  
 FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSES, PLEASE PROVIDE A FLOOR
 PRODUCT NAME AND TYPE FOR THE ACTUAL PROPOSED FLOORING
 AND IF IT IS GOING TO BE PLAVED OVER THE EXISTING FLOOR
 WITH AN ADDITIONAL LAYER OF UNDERLAYMNET.
  
  
  
 2) SHEET A 1 - THERE IS AN INDICATION OF THE SPEC SHEET
 FOR THE FLOOR UNDERLAYMENT, BUT NO SPEC SHEET NOR A

 ESTABLISHES REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRE PERFORMANCE, SHALL
 HAVE A
 MINIMUM CRITICAL RADIANT FLUX OF 0.1 W/CM2.
  
 FOR THE OFFICIAL RECORD, PLEASE PROVIDE THE VINYL
 FLOORING NAME AND THE PRODUCT SPEC SHEETS INDICATING
 THE FIRE BEHAVIOR RATING.
  
 IF THE PROPOSED FLOORING IS PORCELAIN/CERAMIC TILE,
 NATURAL STONE TILE, CONCRETE TILES, OR WHOLE WOOD
 PLANKS A PRODUCT SPEC SHEETS WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED.
  
 PRODUCT SPEC SHEETS ARE REQUIRED FOR LVT, VINYL
 FLOORING, WOOD/VINYL LAMINATES, ETC.
