 1) THE GENERATOR IS LOACTED IN AN AE FLOOD ZONE WITH A
 BFE OF 7-0' NAVD 88. THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH HAS A
 2-0' FREEBOARD REQUIREMENT IN THEIR FLOOD ORDINANCE.
 THIS REQUIRES THE GENERATOR AND ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT
 THAT SERVICES THE DWELLING TO BE AT OR ABOVE AN
 ELEVATION OF 9-0' NAVD 88. SPECIFY THE ELEVATION OF THE
 GENERATOR PAD ON THE PLANS. FBC-R322 AND FBC CITY
 AMENDMENTS107.2.1
  
 2) SPECIFY THE WINDLOAD DATA FOR THE GENERATOR ON THE
 GENERATOR PAD AND ANCHORING DETAILS. FBC-R301.1
  
 3) THE GENERATOR EXHAUST IS REQUIRED TO BE AT LEAST 10
 FEET FROM ANY OPENINGS INTO A BUILDING.
 R303.5.1 INTAKE OPENINGS. MECHANICAL AND GRAVITY
 OUTDOOR AIR INTAKE OPENINGS SHALL BE LOCATED NOT LESS
 THAN 10 FEET (3048 MM) FROM ANY HAZARDOUS OR NOXIOUS
 CONTAMINANT, SUCH AS VENTS, CHIMNEYS, PLUMBING VENTS,
 STREETS, ALLEYS, PARKING LOTS AND LOADING DOCKS.
  
 4) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
 OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
