 THREE DETAILS - ECCENTRIC FOOTER FOR SITE WALL, FOOTER
 FOR SITE WALL, FOOTER FOR "ENTRY PIER DETAIL". THE SITE
 PLAN GRAPHICALLY APPEARS TO DEPICT PIERS AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE. SINCE IT IS NOT CLEAR THAT THE FOOTINGS
 WILL NOT ENCROACH THE PROPERTY LINE AS DRAWING, REVISE
 THE SITE PLAN TO SHOW DETAILS PROPOSED. IT APPEARS THAT
 AN ECCENTRIC FOOTER PIER DETAIL IS REQUIRED, OR THE
 PIER SHOULD BE SET BACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE IN SOME
 LOCATIONS.
  
 3. FBC R 301, PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL DETAIL FOR THE
 PROPOSED WALL. THIS SHOULD INCLUDE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA. - 5TH REVIEW, PLAN WAS REVISED TO INCLUDE
 LANGUAGE CITING FBC 1616 FOR FENCES. NOTE THAT A WALL
 AND COLUMNS ARE PROPOSED (A STRUCTURE), NOT A FENCE.
 ALSO NOTE THAT THE SECTION CITED IS FOR HIGH VELOCITY
 HURRICANE ZONE WHICH INCLUDES BROWARD AND DADE COUNTIES
 ONLY. THERE ARE NO WIND REQUIREMENTS IN PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (NON-HVHZ) FOR FENCES. THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION
 IS NOT A FENCE, IT IS CONSIDERED A STRUCTURE, SO
 RESISTANCE TO WIND IS REQUIRED. REVISE PLAN TO CLARIFY
