 PROPERTY LINE NEED TO BE VERIFIED THAT THEY ARE INSIDE

 AND IF POSSIBLE IN THE PBC CANAL AREA PER SECTION
 94-448(F)(11). THE LIST OF SPECIES CAN BE FOUND IN
 SECTION 94-445(4)I.
  
 4. SATISFIED. STAFF SUGGESTS REMOVING THE BLACK OLIVE
 TREES ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE THAT HAVE BEEN
 SEVERELY PRUNED IN THE PAST AND REPLACING WITH
 APPROPRIATE TREES RELATIVE TO THE OVERHEAD POWER LINES.
 TREES ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE SHOULD ALSO BE
 CONSIDERED FOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT WITH AN
 APPROPRIATE SPECIES FOR UNDER THE POWER LINES.

 WITH A HEDGE AND TREES AT 30 FOOT SPACING FOR ALL

 TO ALLOW LARGER SPECIES TO BE PLACED FARTHER AWAY FROM
