 I CAN'T TELL HOW FAR BACK THE POOL EQUIPMENT IS SETBACK
 ON THE SURVEY, PLEASE PROVIDE A CLEARER MARKUP ON THE
 SURVEY.
  
 PREVIOUS COMMENTS NOT ADDRESSED:
 PER CITY CODE, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT CANNOT PROTRUDE
 MORE THAN 4 FT INTO ANY SETBACK .THE PROPOSED POOL
 EQUIPMENT ENCROACHES TOO FAR INTO THE REAR SETBACK OF
 12.5 FEET. IT MUST BE SETBACK AT LEAST 8.5 FEET FROM
 THE REAR PROPERTY LINE.
  
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION ALSO MENTIONS A DECK BUT THIS IS
 NOT SHOWN ON THE POOL PLAN. THIS IS FINE BUT IT MEANS
