 THE DETAIL SHOWS A PACKED ROCK BASE, ONE BLOCK BELOW
 GRADE, 6X12X10 BLOCK WALL, 2.5' HIGH. DUE TO THE LACK
 OF REINFORCING STEEL, A FOUNDATION, AND CONCRETE IT
 APPEARS THAT THE WALL WILL NOT RESIST WIND LOADS.
  
 STRUCTURAL DETAIL IS TO INCLUDE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
  
 3. THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS FOR A RETAINING WALL. THE
