 TRAVEL-LANE, STREET DRAINAGE GUTTER, CURB LINES, AND
 OTHER STREETSCAPE ELEMENTS. PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
 - ENGINEERING TYPICALLY REQUIRES A 2-FT. BUFFER OR
 CLEARANCE FROM THE CURB FACE BEFORE ANY LIGHTS, POLE,
 OR STREETSCAPE ELEMENTS CAN BE PLACED WITHIN ROW.
  
 2. MAKE SURE ELECTRIC PLANS ALIGN WITH APPROVED
 ELECTRIC PLANS FOR N RAILROAD AVE. PARKING LOTS AND
