 THE MINIMUM SETBACK DISTANC OF 3 FT. HOWEVER, WE DO
 ALLOW FOR THE REPLACEMMENT OF EXISTING DRIVEWAYS THAT
 DO NOT MEET MINIMUM SETBACK SIDTANCE PROVIDED THEY ARE
 REPLACED WITH THE EXACT SAME PLACEMENT. LOOKING AT THIS
 PROPERTY ON GOOGLE STREETVIEW, IT APPEARS THAT THERE
 ARE ALREADY PAVER STRIPS ON THE PROPERTY. THEREFORE,
 PLEASE CLARIFY IF YOU WILL BE REPLACING THE CURRENT
 DRIVEWAY IN THE SAME PLACEMENT OR ALTER THE DRAWING TO
 SHOW A 3 FT SIDE SETBACK.
  
 ADDITIONALLY, THE SURVEY SHOWS A SECOND DRIVEWAY ON THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY THAT DOES NOT SHOW UP ON
 STREETVIEW, PLEASE CLARIFY IF THIS STILL EXISTS AS I DO
 NOT BELIEVE YOUR PROPERTY WOULD MEET THE MINIMUM FRONT
 YARD LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENT IF IT DOES.
