 CODE OF ORDINANCES. THE WASTEWATER SHALL NOT DISCHARGE
 INTO THE SANITARY SYSTEM. PLEASE REVIEW WPB BUILDING

 OF RECORD SHALL SHOW THE DECHLORINATION SYSTEM ON THE
 PLAN AND PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ALL EQUIPMENT.

 SWIMMING POOL WATER MAY BE DISCHARGED TO THE CITY
 STORMWATER SEWER ONLY IF THE WATER IS DECHLORINATED
 ACCORDING TO SECTION 90-205(1) OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES. SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATION FOR THE DECHLORINATION SYSTEM FOR REVIEW
 AND STAMPING BEFORE THE INSPECTION. AT THE TIME OF POOL
 WATER DISCHARGE, THE FOLLOWING WILL BE REQUIRED:
 A) THE RECEIVING INLET MUST BE PROTECTED (FILTER CLOTH
 TO KEEP EXCESS SEDIMENTS FROM ROADWAY WASHING INTO THE
 INLET).
 B) NO DISCHARGE HOSE CAN BE DIRECTLY INSERTED INTO THE
 INLET TO DISCHARGE EFFLUENT.
 C) WHENEVER POSSIBLE, DISCHARGE EFFLUENT SHALL BE
 ALLOWED TO FILTER THROUGH GRASS AREA ON THE POOL
 OWNER'S PROPERTY BEFORE DISCHARGING ON CITY PROPERTY.

 ON THE SIDE OF THE SEAT OPPOSITE THE WATER, A CLEAR
 DECK SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED PARALLEL WITH THE SEAT.
 THE SPACE SHALL BE 36 INCHES WIDE MINIMUM AND SHALL
 EXTEND FORWARD 48 INCHES MINIMUM FROM A LINE LOCATED 12
 INCHES BEHIND THE REAR EDGE OF THE SEAT. THE CLEAR DECK
 SPACE SHALL HAVE A SLOPE NOT STEEPER THAN 1:48.
 C) 1009.2.4 SEAT HEIGHT.
 THE HEIGHT OF THE LIFT SEAT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO ALLOW
 A STOP AT 16 INCHES MINIMUM TO 19 INCHES MAXIMUM
 MEASURED FROM THE DECK TO THE TOP OF THE SEAT SURFACE
 WHEN IN THE RAISED (LOAD) POSITION.
 D) 1009.2.6 FOOTRESTS AND ARMRESTS.

 THE LIFT SHALL BE DESIGNED SO THAT THE SEAT WILL
 SUBMERGE TO A WATER DEPTH OF 18 INCHES MINIMUM BELOW
 THE STATIONARY WATER LEVEL.
 G) 1009.2.9 LIFTING CAPACITY.
 SINGLE PERSON POOL LIFTS SHALL HAVE A WEIGHT CAPACITY
 OF 300 POUNDS MINIMUM AND BE CAPABLE OF SUSTAINING A
 STATIC LOAD OF AT LEAST ONE AND A HALF TIMES THE RATED
 LOAD.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
