 SURVEYOR, THAT SHOWS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, THE
 SIDEWALK, AND ANY TREES WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG
 THE ENTIRE FIBER CONDUIT PATH SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY
 THAT THE BORE, OPEN TRENCH AND ANY REQUIRED BORE PIT
 AND HANDHOLES ARE WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND NOT ON
 PRIVATE PROPERTY.
  
 2) THE ENGINEERING DRAWINGS SHOW THE BORE, BORE PIT
 03+60, AND HANDHOLE 05+91 ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WHICH IS
 ONLY PERMITTED IF IT IS WITHIN A GENERAL UTILITY
 EASEMENT. THE SURVEY REQUIRED BY COMMENT #1 NEEDS TO
 SHOW ANY EASEMENT. IF NOT EASEMENT IS SHOWN, THEN THE
 BORE AND BORE PIT MUST BE FULLY IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3) THE CLOSEST EDGE OF THE EXCAVATION FOR BORE PIT
 03+60 MUST SHOW A DIMENSION OF AT LEAST THREE FEET FROM
 THE TRUNK OF THE ADJACENT PALM TREE. THE BORE MACHINE
 MAY NOT STAGE ADJACENT TO THE PALM TREE. THE PALM TREE
 MUST BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) THE PALM BEACH COUNTY DETAILS MUST BE REMOVED AND
 REPLACED BY THE APPROPRIATE WEST PALM BEACH DETAILS.
  
 5) THE BORE DEPTH IS SUFFICIENT TO AVOID TREE ROOTS.
