 SEC. 94-110 SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS:
 2. AN EXTERNAL SIGN BAND MAY BE APPLIED ON THE FACADE
 OF EACH BUILDING PROVIDED THAT IT SHALL NOT EXCEED 36
 INCHES IN HEIGHT BY 60 PERCENT OF THE APPLICABLE
 STOREFRONT WIDTH. SIGNAGE MAY BE PERMITTED ON AWNINGS
 OR CANOPIES, BUT SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS SQUARE FOOTAGE
 AGAINST THE ALLOWABLE SIGNAGE AREA. THE SIGN BAND SHALL
 BE LOCATED WITHIN THE FIRST TWO STORIES OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 - PROPOSED "PICK-UP" SIGN (004 S04 SOUTH ELEVATION -
 SIGN C) IS NOT A PARKING IDENTIFICATION SIGN. SIGN IS
 WITHIN 'SIGN BAND' CATEGORY. PICK-UP SIGN WOULD HAVE TO
 BE REORIENTED HORIZONTALLY AND COPLANAR TO THE "THE
 SALTY" SIGN ON THE SAME FACADE, TO BE UNDER THE 'SIGN
 BAND'.

 - AS PER MY CONVERSATION WITH DANI, ALTERNATIVES FOR
 THE SIGN C (PICK-UP SIGN) TO EXPLORE CAN BE EITHER OF
 THE FOLLOWING:
 1. HORIZONTAL SIGN WITHIN THE "SIGN BAND" (AS MENTIONED
 IN PREVIOUS COMMENT) OR
 2. PEDESTRIAN BLADE SIGN ON THE BUILDING'S FACADE.
