 THE ENTIRE FIBER CONDUIT PATH SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY
 THAT THE BORE, OPEN TRENCH AND ANY REQUIRED BORE PIT
 AND HANDHOLES ARE WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND NOT ON
 PRIVATE PROPERTY. THE SURVEY NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE
 LOCATION OF PROPOSED HANDHOLE 00+00 AND THE BORE
 SECTION IN 45TH STREET SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT
 THE PROPOSED WORK IS EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN PALM BEACH
 COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY AND NOT ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. IN
 ORDER TO INSTALL HANDHOLES, ETC., AND BORE UNDER
 PRIVATE PROPERTY IT MUST BE IN A GENERAL UTILITY
 EASEMENT WHICH MUST BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE SURVEY.
  
 2) THE TUBULAR MARKERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. MARKERS MAY
 ONLY BE INSTALLED WITHIN THE HANDHOLES OR OTHERWISE
 BURIED.
  
 3) THE BORE DEPTH IS SUFFICIENT TO AVOID TREE ROOTS.
  
 4) PROVIDE A COPY OF THE PALM BEACH COUNTY ROW PERMIT
 APPROVING THE WORK WITHIN THE 45TH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY.
