 2. PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN PER FBC R401.3
 IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
 FBC R401.3 SITE DRAINAGE
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD.
 LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM
 FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6
 INCHES WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET.
  
 3.PROVIDE SMOKE ALARMS.
 FBC 1104.1SMOKE ALARMS IN EXISTING PORTIONS OF A
 BUILDING.
 WHERE AN ADDITION IS MADE TO A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE OF
 A GROUP R OR I-1 OCCUPANCY, THE EXISTING BUILDING SHALL
 BE PROVIDED WITH SMOKE ALARMS AS REQUIRED BY THE
 FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE OR SECTION R314 OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, RESIDENTIAL AS APPLICABLE.
 R314.2.2ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHERE ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A
 PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHERE ONE OR MORE SLEEPING ROOMS ARE
 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
  
 4.DESIGNER SHALL PLACE THE CEILING AND WALL INSULATION
 R-VALUE ON PLANS.
 ENERGY SUBMITTAL STATES CEILING R-VALUE IS R-30 AND
 WALL R-VALUE IS R-5.
 R402.1.2INSULATION AND FENESTRATION CRITERIA.
 THE BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE SHALL MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF TABLE R402.1.2, BASED ON THE CLIMATE
 ZONE SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 3.
  
 5.PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CURRENT FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL OR MIAMI-DADE NOA, APPROVED UNDER THE 2020
 FBC, FOR THE PROPOSED WINDOWS AND DOORS.
 FL PRODUCT APPROVALS SHALL INCLUDE THE COVER SHEETS,
 EVALUATION REPORT AND INSTALLATIONS INSTRUCTIONS.
 FBC 107.3.4 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 6.PROVIDE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENER SCHEDULE PER
 CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES ON PLAN PAGER S1.1.
 TABLE R301.2.1.2 WINDBORNE DEBRIS PROTECTION FASTENING
 SCHEDULE FOR WOOD STRUCTURAL PANELS.
