 BUILDING FACADE DIMENSIONS SHALL BE MEASURED ONLY FOR
 THE TENANT SPACE/FRONTAGE. BUILDING HEIGHT IS MEASURED
 FROM GRADE TO THE TOP OF THE ROOF LINE (NOT TO THE TOP
 OF THE PARAPET) AND THE WIDTH OF THE TENANT FACADE
 SEEMS TO BE LESS THAN THE 30 FT. WIDE FRONTAGE AS NOTED
 IN THE PERMIT PLANS. PLEASE ADDRESS. STAFF CANNOT
 REVIEW THE SIGNAGE WITHOUT THE CORRECT BUILDING FACADE
