 CYCLE INDICATES A 108,000 BTU GAS GRILL. PLEASE CORRECT
 THE RISER DRAWING NOTES INDICATING 16K (16,000 BTU?S)
 AND A TOTAL LOAD OF 1.444,000. BASED ON THE SPECS THE
 TOTAL LOAD OF THE SYSTEM WILL NOW BE 1,536,000 BTU?S.
  
 2) GAS RISER: PLEASE SHOW A SHUTOFF VALVE, REGULATOR AT
 THE NEW SUPPLY LINE TO THE GAS GRILL- SECS. G2420.1, &
 G2421.1 FBC RES.
  
 3) THE CONTRACTOR OR QUALIFIER OF RECORD SHALL PROVIDE
 HIS/HER WET SIGNATURE ON THE PLAN- SEC. 107.2.1 WPB.

 G2447.1 FBC RES. THE SUBMITTALS MAY BE DEFERRED AND ON
 SITE FOR INSPECTION, HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE THAT TYPICALLY
 GAS GRILLS MUST BE INSTALLED WITH CLEARANCES TO
 COMBUSTIBLES PER MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS, AND
 ARE ALSO NOT ALLOWED TO BE INSTALLED IN ENCLOSED OR
 PARTIALLY ENCLOSED STRUCTURES WITH OVERHEAD
 CONSTRUCTION UNLESS A HOOD AND EXHAUST VENT SYSTEM IS
 INSTALLED. PLEASE REVIEW THE INSTALL MANUAL GUIDELINES
 AND PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION- SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 2) GAS RISER: PLEASE CORRECT THE BTU LOAD OF THE
 GENERATOR PER THE SPECS SUBMITTED UNDER PERMIT
 21031115. THE SPECS INDICATE 756,000 BTUS. PROVIDE THE
 SIZE OF THE PIPE FROM THE METER TO THE 1ST TEE.
 ACCORDING TO TABLE 402.4(5) FBC FG A MINIMUM 1-INCH
 PIPE IS REQUIRED FOR THE TOTAL 1,200,000 AT 140 FT.
 DEVELOPED LENGTH.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
