 OR STANDARD DETAIL GC-6 (WHEN DISTANCE BETWEEN CURB OR
 EDGE OF PAVEMENT IS LESS THAN 10 FT.) CITY STANDARD

 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS ADDED 12.13.,22:
  
 1) THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY CAN NOT BE WIDER THAN 20 FT.
 PLUS A 3 FT. FLARE ON EACH SIDE. I DO NOT SEE THE WIDTH
 CALLED OUT AT THE RIGHT OF WAY, BUT THE MEASUREMENT
 SHOW ON PROPERTY FOR IT IS 23.8 FT.
 2) I DO SEE THE EXISTING APRON BEING CALLED OUT TO BE
 REMOVED. THERE IS A PROPOSED GRAVEL DRIVEWAY WHICH I DO
 NOT THINK ZONING WILL ALLOW. EVEN IF THEY DO, CARS CAN
 NOT DRIVE OVER THE SIDEWALK WITH NO APRON. YOU WILL
 NEED TO RESOLVE THE PROPOSED GRAVEL DRIVE WITH THEM,
 BUT YOU MAY NOT HAVE DRIVEWAYS AT THE RIGHT OF WAY
 EXCEEDING 20 FT. TOTAL.
