 HAS DUCTWORK THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR WHICH
 INCLUDES THE EXISTING SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE HOME. IF
 AHU-1 IS TO CONDITION BOTH THE EXISTING SQUARE FOOTAGE
 AND THE NEW SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE 1ST FLOOR YOU MUST
 PROVIDE A MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATION FOR
 THE ENTIRE 1ST FLOOR AREA AND SIZE AHU-1 ACCORDINGLY.
 IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT AHU-1 COULD BE SIZED THE SAME
 AS AHU-2 AS AHU-1 SERVES A LARGER SQUARE FOOTAGE.
