 SEE CITY SAMPLE. ALL THE COLUMNS NEED TO BE COMPLETED.
 ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE IN ANY OTHER FORMAT AS LONG AS ALL THE

 BASED ON SHUTTERS PRODUCT APPROVAL FL12549-R7 THE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE NEEDS TO BE REVISED. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS:
 A) 2" ITW TAPCON DOESN'T PROVIDE 1-3/4" EMBEDMENT INTO
 CONCRETE AS REQUIRED BY ANCHOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET 11 OF
 12.
 B) DESIGN PRESSURES DON'T MATCH THOSE SHOWN ON THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES CHART SUBMITTED.
 NOTE: BASED ON THE DESIGN PRESSURES CHART SUBMITTED
 NEED TO USE THE 60PSF DESIGN PRESSURES TO DETERMINE THE
 ANCHOR SPACING.
 C) BOTTOM OF OPENING IS CONCRETE BLOCK. NEED TO USE THE
 CONCRETE BLOCK ANCHOR SCHEDULE. REVISE ANCHOR SPACING
 AS REQUIRED.
