 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA CLASSIFY
 THE VENTURE X SPACE AS A STOREFRONT TYPE 6 - UPPER
 LEVEL TENANT WITH GRADE LEVEL EXCLUSIVE ENTRY. THIS
 STOREFRONT TYPE DOES NOT PERMIT ARCADE IDENTITY SIGNS,
 WHICH IS THE SIGN TYPE THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED. YOU ARE
 ONLY PERMITTED TO HAVE A FASCIA SIGN.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA LIMIT THE
 PANEL & LETTER HEIGHT OF A FASCIA SIGN TO NOT EXCEED 18
 INCHES UNLESS A WAIVER II IS GRANTED. A WAIVER II MAY
 PERMIT A 26-INCH-TALL PANEL HEIGHT.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA ONLY PERMIT
 A LOGO IF A WAIVER I HAS BEEN GRANTED.
  
 4) THE SIGN IS PERMITTED TO HAVE INDIVIDUAL LETTERS
 WITH HALO ILLUMINATION MOUNTED TO THE PANEL; HOWEVER,
 AND ILLUMINATION WITHIN THE PANEL ITSELF MUST COME FROM
 BEHIND THE PANEL.
  
 5) THE PLANS STATE THAT THE DISCONNECT SWITCH AND THE
 POWER SUPPLY WILL BE REMOTE WIRED BEHIND THE WALL. THE
 ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE THAT ALL
 CONDUIT, CROSSOVERS, WIRING, BELL BOXES, J BOXES, ETC.
 NECESSARY FOR THE SIGN?S ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO BE
 CONCEALED AND NOT VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. YOU NEED TO
 PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
 ARE IN THE CEILING OF THE ARCADE AND NOT ON THE
 UNDERSIDE OF THE ARCADE ROOF. THIS AREA IS NOT COVERED
 BY JUST STATING BEHIND WALL.
  
 6) STAFF IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A FULL COMPLIANCE REVIEW
 SINCE THE PROPOSED SIGN DOES NOT MEET THE ALLOWED TYPE.
 ONCE A COMPLIANT SIGN TYPE IS PROVIDED, STAFF WILL BE
 ABLE TO REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL OF THE
 PROVISIONS OF THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA.
