 WITH THE 2020 FBC-B SECTION 714.5.1.2.

 ASSEMBLIES). THROUGH PENETRATIONS SHALL BE PROTECTED BY
 A THROUGH PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEM INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E814 OR UL 1479. THE SYSTEM SHALL
 HAVE AN F RATING / T RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 1 HOUR BUT
 NOT LESS THAN THE REQUIRED RATING OF THE FLOOR
 PENETRATED.
  
 4) THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 2020 FBC-BUILDING SECTIONS:

 MATERIALS LISTED IN TABLE 2509.2 AND INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER?S RECOMMENDATIONS. WATER
 RESISTANT GYPSUM BACKING BOARD SHALL BE USED AS A BASE
 FOR TILE IN WATER CLOSET COMPARTMENT WALLS WHEN
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH GA-216 OR ASTM C840 AND
 THE MANUFACTURE?S RECOMMENDATIONS.
  
 4B) 2020 FBC-B SHOWERS & TUBS 1210.3. SHOWER
 COMPARTMENTS AND BATHTUBS WITH INSTALLED SHOWER HEADS
 SHALL BE FINISHED WITH A NONABSORBENT SURFACE TO A
 HEIGHT NOT LESS THAN 72 INCHES ABOVE THE DRAIN INLET.
  
 5) THE FLOOR PLAN NOR PAN DETAIL DOES NOT MAKE IT CLEAR
 AS IF THE BATHROOM FLOOR IS BEING REPLACED, IF SO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING SECTIONS:
