 INSPECTIONS SHALL BE PER FBC SEC. 110.4.
  
 PROVIDE INSPECTION REPORTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS TO CITY
 INSPECTOR.
  
 A FINAL CERTIFICATION LETTER SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
  
 ALL DOCUMENTS SHALL BEAR THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE
