 CONSTRUCTION COSTS ARE EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN
 $500,000 ARE SUBJECT TO THE PUBLIC ART REQUIREMENT.
 OPTION 1: INSTALL ARTWORK ON THE DEVELOPMENT SITE
 VALUED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN ONE PERCENT OF THE
 TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS; OR
 OPTION 2: CONTRIBUTE AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 75 PERCENT OF
 ONE PERCENT OF THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS FOR DEPOSIT
 TO THE PUBLIC ART ACCOUNT.
 A COMPLETED PUBLIC ART ASSESSMENT APPLICATION IS
 REQUIRED AT TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.

 2. CONFIRM THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION IS MAINTAINED ACROSS
 THE PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCE.
 3.PLEASE DISCUSS WITH ENG. DEPARTMENT THE POSIBILITY TO
 REGRADE ON-STREET PARKING TO DRAIN TOWARDS THE CENTER
 OR ROAD, AND RELOCATE THE GUTTER BETWEEN ON-STREET

 6. PARAPET WALL SHALL FULLY SCREEN ANY ROOF TOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
