 PROPOSAL. PLEASE HAVE LINE ITEMS MATCH THE PHOTOS/FLOOR
 PLAN.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CONFIRM THAT
 THE PROPOSED PRODUCT(S) WILL COMPLY WITH THESE
