 A PAIRED FRENCH DOOR. EVIDENCE FROM AT LEAST TWO
 EXPERIENCED WINDOW/DOOR RESTORATION INDIVIDUALS OR
 COMPANIES SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION TO
 INDICATE THAT THE DOOR IS NO LONGER REPAIRABLE AND
 REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY OPTION REMAINING.
 2. REVISE LOCATION #13/#14 TO HAVE A 6X6 POST.
 3. REVISE LOCATION #22/#23/#24 A?S TO HAVE 2/1 LITE
 PATTERN. B?S TO HAVE A VERTICAL 2 LITE PATTERN.
 4. REVISE LOCATION #27 TO APPEAR AS A LITE PATTERN WITH
 A 3/1 SASH WINDOW.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS ENSURE THE PROPOSED PRODUCT WILL
 COMPLY WITH THESE CONDITIONS.
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
  
 CLARIFICATION: THE WINDOW MULLION SHALL EXTEND BEYOND
 THE WINDOW CASINGS IN WOOD OR ALUMINUM.
  
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS

 PATTERN, MUNTIN PROFILE AND MULLION WIDTH. A PHOTO OF
 EACH ELEVATION WITH EACH WINDOW MARKED AND CLEARLY
 VISIBLE. IF SHUTTERS OR SIMILAR VISUAL OBSTRUCTION
 EXISTS, MULTIPLE PHOTOS MAY BE REQUIRED. INCLUDE THE
 ORDER DETAIL QUOTE/DETAILED CUSTOMER PROPOSAL.
 2. WINDOWS #1, #2, #3, AND #4 IF WOOD, MAY BE REQUIRED
