 CEILING MOUNTED BLADE SIGN
  
 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA LIMITS THE
 SIGN COPY TO TRADE NAMES ONLY. THE LOGO IS ONLY
 PERMITTED AS A WAIVER I. A WAIVER I REQUIRES WRITTEN
 APPROVAL FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT
 LEAST THREE (3) INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED
 SIGN AREA. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE SIGN FACE THAT
 VERIFIES THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 3) CEILING MOUNTED BLADE SIGN PANELS MAY NOT HAVE A
 HEIGHT GREATER THAN 50% OF THE SIGN WIDTH. THE PROPOSED
 SIGN HEIGHT IS 100% OF THE SIGN WIDTH.
  
 4) PROVIDE A BETTER DRAWING SHOWING EXACTLY WHERE THE
 SIGN WILL BE LOCATED. THE ENGINEERING DRAWING SHOWS
 THAT THE SIGN IS BEING ATTACHED TO AN ARCHWAY. THE
 ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA ONLY PERMIT THE
 SIGN TO BE MOUNTED TO THE ARCADE ARCHITECTURAL CEILING.
  
 5) A CEILING MOUNTED BLADE SIGN MUST BE CENTERED IN THE
 ARCADE CEILING, SO THE DRAWING NEEDS TO INCLUDE
 DIMENSIONS VERIFYING THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 6) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA ESTABLISH
 TWO OPTIONS FOR CEILING MOUNTED BLADE SIGNS, NEITHER OF
 WHICH THE SUBMITTED SIGN MATCHES:
 A. PUSH-THROUGH WHITE ACRYLIC LETTERS. RECTANGULAR
 SHAPE ONLY.
 B. PAINTED METAL OF WOOD.
  
 7) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT RIVETS, SCREWS AND OTHER FASTENERS THAT EXTEND TO
 VISIBLE SURFACES SHALL BE FLUSH, FILLED AND FINISHED SO
 AS TO BE UNNOTICEABLE. THE BOLT HEADS THAT EXTEND PAST
 THE MOUNTING PLATE DO NOT MEET THIS STANDARD. IF THE
 BOLT HEADS MUST EXTEND PAST THE MOUNTING PLATE, THEY
 NEED TO BE CONCEALED BY CAPS MATCHING THE COLOR OF THE
 MOUNTING PLATE.
