 ONLY PERMITS FASCIA IDENTITY SIGNS ON THE EXTERIOR
 FACADE OF THE BUILDING (SUBJECT TO A WAIVER I APPROVAL
 BY CITYPLACE RETAIL, LLC), NOT ON THE FACADE UNDER THE
 ARCADE. THE PROPOSED SIGN LOCATION IS NOT PERMITTED BY
 THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA AND THERE IS NO
 WAIVER PROCESS INCLUDED TO PERMIT THIS SIGN LOCATION.
  
 2) STAFF HAS NOT REVIEWED THE SIGN DESIGN AS THIS IS
 NOT A PERMITTED SIGN.
  
 3) THE ONLY TYPES OF SIGNS PERMITTED BY THE ROSEMARY
 SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA WITHIN THE ARCADE ARE SIGN TYPE 2A
 OR 2B BLADE SIGN (WALL OR CEILING), SIGN TYPE 3 WINDOW
 GRAPHICS AND FLOOR ENTRY SIGNS. NOTE: BASED ON THE
 ELEVATION DRAWING SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT, IT APPEARS
 THAT A GRAPHIC OF THE SAME SIZE AS THE NOT PERMITTED
 WALL SIGN COULD BE APPLIED TO THE WINDOW ADJACENT TO
 THE DOOR. ALL OF THE PERMITTED SIGN TYPES REQUIRE SIGN
 PERMIT REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
