 PER THE 2020 FBC R3108.1 HORIZONTAL WET VENT PERMITTED.
  
 B. PLEASE PROVIDE A SECOND SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM FOR
 THE LEFT UNIT PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC.
 107.3.5.3 (12) RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING.
  
 6. THE WASHING MACHINE SHUT OFF VALVES SHALL BE
 ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT MOVING OF THE UNITS AND WITHIN REACH
 PER THE 2020 FBC SEC. R 2903.9.3.
  
 7. THE PIPES UNDER SLAB NEED TO BE INSULATED WITH A
 MINIMUM R-3 PER THE 2017 FBC SEC. RE 403.5.3.
