 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PLAN, AND PROVIDE
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PER SECTION 94-455 (4) A., SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES
 PLANTED SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 12 FEET IN HEIGHT. SILVER
 BUTTONWOOD AND GEIGER LISTED UNDER THE REQUIRED SIZE.
 ADJUST TREE SIZES TO MINIMUM OF 12 FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 2. SHOW CALCULATION FOR REQUIRED LANDSCAPING OF
 BUILDING PERIMETER TOTALING 30% AND HOW MUCH IS
 PROVIDED PER SECTION 94.443 (E) 1
  
 3. PER SECTION 94-443(C)(2)B., SHOW THE CALCULATIONS
 FOR MINIMUM SHADE TREE AND FLOWERING TREE REQUIREMENTS
 BASED ON REQUIRED OPEN SPACE OF 40%.
