 AS JUSTIFICATION FOR YOUR DESIGN. ADDITIONALLY, YOUR
 PLANS SPEAK OF A SCREEN WALL ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY?I
 AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS WALL?AND IF IT DOESN?T EXIST
