 1. FENCE EXCEEDS MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWABLE. PURSUANT TO
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1):
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT. IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE OR
 WALL SHALL EXCEED SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED
 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN
 EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK. HEDGES SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN FEET IN HEIGHT IN
 ANY REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 PURSUANT TO ZLDR ARTICLE XIX: LOT LINE, FRONT, MEANS
 THE LINE SEPARATING A LOT FROM A STREET, ROAD OR OTHER
 PUBLIC OR PRIVATE RIGHT-OF-WAY. AT ALL CORNER LOTS, THE
 FRONT LOT LINE SHALL BE THE PUBLIC STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
 LINE WHICH POSSESSES THE NARROWEST LENGTH. THE OTHER
 PUBLIC STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE CONSIDERED THE
 CORNER LOT LINE.
  
 THE GEORGIA FRONTAGE IS THE NARROWEST AND IS LEGALLY
 CONSIDERED THE FRONT SETBACK, THEREFORE, NO FENCE SHALL
 BE ERECTED THAT IS HIGHER THAN 4FT IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE
 FIRST 25FT OF THE PROPERTY ALONG THE GEORGIA FRONTAGE.
