 2) THE LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE ON THE EC IS NOT CORRECT.
 SHOULD BE LATITUDE 26.680810 AND LONGITUDE -80.048770.
  
 3) THE BUILDING DIAGRAM NUMBER IS INCORRECT. THIS
 STRUCTURE IS A RAISED SLAB AND THE CORRECT BUILDING
 DIAGRAM IS 1B.
  
 4) THE EC NEEDS TO HAVE THE SURVEYOR'S DIGITAL SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE IF SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY. ALTERNATELY,
 AFTER THE EC HAS BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED, THE PAPER
 DOCUMENT CAN BE SUBMITTED WITH THE SURVEYOR'S ORIGINAL
 SEAL AND SIGNATURE.

 ADOPTED A 2 FOOT FREEBOARD BY ORDINANCE ALONG WITH THE
 CURRENT FIRMS DATED OCTOBER 5, 2017. THIS DFE REQUIRES
 THE FINISH FLOOR AND EQUIPMENT TO BE AT OR ABOVE 9'-0"
 NAVD 88. BASED ON THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED THIS
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE CITY'S
 FLOOD ORDINANCE AND FBC R322.
 HOWEVER, AT THE TIME THE PERMIT FOR THIS HOUSE WAS
 APPLIED FOR, AUGUST 29, 2017, THE FIRM THAT WAS IN
 EFFECT WAS THE MARCH 1, 1979 ONE. THE COMMUNITY NUMBER
 IS 120229 AND THE PANEL IS 0020B. THE FLOOD ZONE IS A5
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) IS 7' NGVD '29. THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH FLOOD ORDINANCE THAT WAS IN EFFECT AT
 THAT TIME HAS A 1 FOOT FREEBOARD WHICH REQUIRES THE
 FINISH FLOOR AND EQUIPMENT TO BE A MINIMUM OF ONE FOOT
 (1') ABOVE THE BFE. THE APPROVED BUILDING PLANS SPECIFY
 A FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF 8' NGVD 29 WHICH COMPLIES
 WITH THE FLOOD ORDINANCE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF
 APPLICATION. IN ORDER TO SHOW COMPLIANCE, YOU WILL NEED
 TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION IN THE COMMENTS SECTION
 ALONG WITH THE CONVERSION FACTOR FOR NAVD TO NGVD FOR
