 THE ABILITY TO MAINTAIN (EVEN MOW) THE LAKE BANK, ETC.
 ON TRACT L-4.
  
 2. THE FENCING IS SHOWN IN MULTIPLE UTILITY EASEMENTS.
 CONSENT FROM EASEMENT HOLDER (UTILITY AGENCIES) SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. THE FENCING/GATE ACROSS GIN BERRY WAY IS ACROSS A
 DEAD-END STREET AND DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR REQUIRED
 TURNAROUND. THE TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT SHOULD BE
 PAVED TO MAKE A TEMPORARY CUL-DE-SAC. THE FENCING COULD
 THEN WRAP AROUND THE CUL-DE-SAC.
