 GUIDANCE FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING TO REDUCE EXPOSURE TO
 THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS, COVID-19.
  
 2) SECTION 4 OF CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH EXECUTIVE ORDER
 2020-15 WHICH WENT INTO EFFECT ON NOVEMBER 4, 2020, AND
 CAN BE VIEWED AT
 HTTPS://WWW.WPB.ORG/HOME/SHOWDOCUMENT?ID=2653 STATES
 THAT THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PERMITTED
 EVENTS IF THE COUNTY-WIDE POSITIVITY RATE WEEKLY
 AVERAGE EXCEEDS 5% FOR 4 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS. ACCORDING
 TO THE POSITIVE TEST RATE GRAPH ON THE FOLLOWING
 WEBSITE (SEE WEB LINK BELOW), THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 POSITIVITY RATE RISED TO 5.8% ON OCTOBER 28, 2020, AND
 HAS RISEN STEADILY SINCE THEN TO THE CURRENT POSITIVITY
 RATE OF 8.7%, AND IT CONTINUES TO INCREASE. THAT MEANS
 THAT THE POSITIVITY RATE WEEKLY AVERAGE WILL HAVE
 EXCEEDED 5% FOR 4 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS LEADING UP TO THE
 EVENT.
