 LIGHT FIXTURES DO NOT SEEM TO COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS. AN ALTERNATIVE MAY BE TO PROVIDE LIGHTING
 ON THE BUILDING IF THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SETBACKS CANNOT
