 1. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE FRONT
 DOOR, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DETAILED PHOTOS
 DEPICTING THE CONDITION OF THE DOOR. THE DOOR MAY NEED
 TO BE RETAINED AND RESTORED.
 2. PROVIDE A PHOTO OF THE EXISTING SIDE DOOR AND A
 GRAPHIC OF THE PROPOSED SIDE DOOR.
 3. ALL WINDOW REPLACEMENT WORK REQUIRES TO FOLLOW THE
 WINDOW PERMIT APPLICATION EXAMPLE. PLEASE EMAIL STAFF
 AT [email protected] TO REQUEST THE EXAMPLE. AT
 MINIMUM, STAFF NEEDS TO KNOW THE EXISTING WINDOWS AND
 THE PROPOSED WINDOWS EXTERIOR FRAME COLOR, GLASS
 GLAZING, LITE PATTERN, MUNTIN PROFILE AND MULLION
 WIDTH. A PHOTO OF EACH ELEVATION WITH EACH WINDOW
 MARKED.
 A. THE ELEVATIONS AND FLOOR PLAN PARTIALLY PROVIDE
 SUFFICIENT INFORMATION. PROVIDE PHOTOS OF EACH
 ELEVATION, EACH WINDOW MUST AT LEAST BE PARTIALLY
 VISIBLE. INCLUDE FRAME COLOR AND GLASS GLAZING.
 4. REVISE ALL PAIRED WINDOWS BEING REPLACED TO MATCH
 THE EXISTING MULLION WIDTH AND PLACEMENT. FOR THE LOWER
 LEFT RIGHT ELEVATION PAIRED WINDOW, THE FORMER MULLION
 HAS BEEN REMOVED. THIS WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE 1X
 MULLION ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT ELEVATION ARE FINE.
 PROVIDE A PHOTO DOCUMENTING THE WIDTH OF THE MULLION.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
