 STORAGE AND NEED TO BE CLASSIFIED AS EITHER S1 OR S2?

 STATE THEY ARE A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, WITH AN OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF 9 OCCUPANTS. IN BOTH CASES THERE IS OVER 900
