 1) THIS IS AN OLD PLAN SHEET WHICH SHOWS A BICYCLE
 PARKING WHICH WAS APPROVED IN AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION
 AT THE FRONT OF THE HOSPITAL (BY THE ER EXPANSION
 PROJECT). THIS BICYCLE PARKING IS NOT NECESSARY AND
 THIS PERMIT CAN BE WITHDRAWN (PROVIDED ALL THE OTHER
 BICYCLE PARKING IS PROVIDED AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED
 PLANS).
  
 2) THIS LOCATION DOES NOT PERMIT REQUIRED BICYCLE
 PARKING DUE TO ITS LOCATION.
  
 A. DOES NOT MEET CODE LOCATIONAL CRITERIA.
 B. THE PAD DIMENSIONS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT FOR 10 SPACES
 (5 RACKS) AS IT NEEDS TO BE 11.5 FEET WIDE AND 6 FEET
 DEEP.
 C. THE PAD MUST BE LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE SIDEWALK,
 AND NOT WHERE USERS WOULD NEED TO TRAVERSE THE SOD AREA
