 SHOWN ON SHEET A-1, THAT NO REMODELING WAS OR IS GOING
 TO TAKE PLACE TO THIS MODULAR BUILDING. OTHERWISE THE
 STRUCTURE LOSES ITS STATE APPROVAL, THE INSIGNIA IS
 REMOVED AND RETURNED TO THE STATE. A COMPLETE SET OF
 PLANS WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR THE STRUCTURE FOR ALL
 TRADES INCLUDING THE ENERGY CODE, PRODUCT APPROVAL
 WINDOWS, DOORS AND ROOFING, WIND DESIGN MATE LINE

 MONDAY APRIL 17TH, I SPOKE WITH JOE COLOME OF COLOME &
 ASSOCIATES ABOUT THIS PROJECT. WITHOUT STATE APPROVED
 PLANS SHOWING THE MODULAR BUILDING WAS DESIGNED AS
 SHOWN ON SHEET A-1, THAT NO REMODELING WAS OR IS GOING
 TO TAKE PLACE TO THIS MODULAR BUILDING. OTHERWISE THE
 STRUCTURE LOSES ITS STATE APPROVAL, THE INSIGNIA IS
 REMOVED AND RETURNED TO THE STATE. A COMPLETE SET OF
 PLANS WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR THE STRUCTURE FOR ALL
 TRADES INCLUDING THE ENERGY CODE, PRODUCT APPROVAL
 WINDOWS, DOORS AND ROOFING, WIND DESIGN MATE LINE
 FASTENING SCHEDULE, ANCHORING SCHEDULE AND MONOLITHIC
 SLAB IF PART OF THIS PERMIT. MR. COLOME WAS GOING TO
 GET IN TOUCH WITH THE CONTRACTOR THE WEITZ CO. IN
 REGARDS WITH THIS MATTER TO DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO
 FURTHER RESPONSE FROM THE DESIGNER OF RECORD NOR
 CONTRACTOR.
  
 1) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET:
 1A) TO BE REVIEWED UNDER THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE.
 THIS REVIEW WILL NOT HAPPEN UNTIL EITHER STATE APPROVED
 MODULAR BUILDING PLANS ARE SUBMITTED WITH NO INTERIOR
 CHANGES, OR IT IS STATED IN THE PLANS THAT THE STATE
 APPROVED MODULAR BUILDINGS INTERIOR IS BEING REMODELED
 WHERE THE MODULAR BUILDING LOSES ITS STATE APPROVAL AND
 THEN THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS TO PROVIDE ALL OF THE
 PLANS, PRODUCT APPROVALS, ENERGY CALCULATIONS TIE DOWN
 AND PERMANENT FOUNDATIONS AND BRACING AND MATE LINE
 CONNECTIONS. WITH THAT BEING SAID IT MAY ALSO REQUIRE
 ADDITIONAL SITE INSPECTIONS THAT WOULD NORMALLY HAVE
 BEEN COMPLETED AT THE FACTORY. NEVER WOULD
 MANUFACTURERED BUILDING PLAN BE CONSIDERED A DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL.

 WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE . THE AUTHORITY HAVING
 JURISDICTION HAS SUPERSEDING AUTHORITY OVER ANY ONSITE
 MODIFICATIONS TO A MANUFACTURED BUILDING OR MAY
 DELEGATE THIS AUTHORITY TO THE DEPARTMENT IN WRITING ON
