 3) PLEASE SHOW THE STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS FOR THE WIND
 LOADS FBC R301.2.1.1 - OR- PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED
 FRAMING DETAILS FROM AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER SHOWING
 THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA USED.

 NORTHWOOD HILLS HISTORIC DISTRICT. THE REPLACEMENT OF
 THE FRONT AND SIDE WINDOWS WILL REQUIRE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION BOARD APPROVAL. PLEASE INCLUDE ALL THE
 PROPOSED WORK IN THIS APPLICATION TO THE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION BOARD.
 1. A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS (COA) APPLICATION
 IS REQUIRED. THIS APPLICATION WILL BE DEFERRED TO THE
 HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD. PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO
 [email protected] TO REQUEST THE APPLICATION AND
 WINDOW PERMIT APPLICATION EXAMPLE. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL
 MATERIALS REQUIRED UNDER ?WINDOWS: REPLACING ORIGINAL
