 AAMA/NPEA/NSA 2100, SUNROOMS SHALL BE CATEGORIZED IN
 ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES BY THE PERMIT
 APPLICANT, DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR THE PROPERTY OWNER
 WHERE THE SUNROOM IS BEING CONSTRUCTED.
 CATEGORY III: A THERMALLY ISOLATED SUNROOM WITH
 ENCLOSED WALLS. THE OPENINGS ARE PERMITTED TO BE
 ENCLOSED WITH TRANSLUCENT OR TRANSPARENT PLASTIC OR
 GLASS. THE SUNROOM FENESTRATION COMPLIES WITH
 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR AIR INFILTRATION RESISTANCE
 AND WATER PENETRATION RESISTANCE. THE SPACE IS DEFINED
 AS A NONHABITABLE, NONCONDITIONED SUNROOM.
  
  
 1. PLANS LACK SUFFICIENT CLARITY AND INFORMATION FOR A
 THOROUGH REVIEW.
 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS. THE
 EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM CRITERIA AND
 DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; SITE PLAN; FOUNDATION PLAN;
 FLOOR/ROOF FRAMING PLAN OR TRUSS LAYOUT; ALL
 FENESTRATION PENETRATIONS; FLASHING; AND ROUGH OPENING
 DIMENSIONS; AND ALL EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS:
 1A. PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN. IDENTIFY ALL ROOMS
 COMMUNICATING WITH PROPOSED ENCLOSURE.
 1B. PROVIDE EXTERIOR WALL TYPE.
 1C. PROVIDE DEMENSIONS OF ALL OPENINGS TO RECIEVE
 COMPOSITE PANELS.
  
 2. IT APPEARS NO EXTERIOR DOOR WILL BE INSTALLED.
 DEMONSTRATE REQUIRED EGRESS FROM ADJOINING BEDROOM.
 R311.1MEANS OF EGRESS.
 DWELLINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A MEANS OF EGRESS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION. THE MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL
 PROVIDE A CONTINUOUS AND UNOBSTRUCTED PATH OF VERTICAL
 AND HORIZONTAL EGRESS TRAVEL FROM ALL PORTIONS OF THE
 DWELLING TO THE REQUIRED EGRESS DOOR WITHOUT REQUIRING
 TRAVEL THROUGH A GARAGE. THE REQUIRED EGRESS DOOR SHALL
 OPEN DIRECTLY INTO A PUBLIC WAY OR TO A YARD OR COURT
 THAT OPENS TO A PUBLIC WAY.
  
 3. DESIGNER SHALL REVIEW AND APPROVE PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 SELECT MODEL OF COMPOSITE PANELS TO BE INSTALLED.
 FBC 107.3.4 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE COMPOSITE WALL PANEL SUBMITTALS.
  
 4. PROVIDE SITE SPECIFIC DESIGN WIND LOADS. PANELS ARE
 LIMITED TO +/- 40.0 PSF PER PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 R301.2.1 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 BUILDINGS AND PORTIONS THEREOF SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE WIND PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE USING
 THE BASIC WIND SPEED IN TABLE R301.2(1) AS DETERMINED
 FROM FIGURE R301.2(4).
  
 5. DESIGNER SHALL PRINT NAME AND SIGN PLANS.
 FBC 107.2.1 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5), CHPT. 471, F.S. & 61G15 AND CHPT.
 481, F.S. & 61G1.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
